Peacefully in Hospital with her loving family on 24th September 2025, aged 87 years.

Cath, beloved Wife of the late Tom, a much loved Mam of Teresa and Maria, Mother-in-law of Kevin and Iain, a loving Grandma of Shaun, Nicole and Bridie, a loved Sister of Eileen and the late John.

Would family and friends please meet for Requiem Mass and Funeral Service at St Peter's RC Church, Kells Lane, Low Fell, on Wednesday 15th October 2025 at 10am, followed by Committal Service at Saltwell Crematorium at 11.15am.

Family flowers only.

Donations in lieu if so desired for Skills4Work (Gateshead, UK)

All welcome afterwards to the Gold Medal.

Cath will be sadly missed by her loving family and many friends.

Our sincere thoughts for Teressa & Maria and families.
In New Zealand we are too far away to be present but our thoughts are with you today.
Not just Eileen , Katherine , Karl and myself but everyone Catherine met on her few visits out here remember what a lovely lady she was. All are thinking of you at the moment.
Please have a pint for me at the Gold Medal and in a few hours I will have one here.
